Reinforced Concrete pool Installtion

Our client wanted a beautiful family pool that would feel at home in their rural property while also standing the test of time. However, the site presented some significant challenges: a very high water table combined with heavy clay ground conditions. A standard construction approach would not have provided the durability or long-term performance required.

To overcome these challenges, we designed a custom pool shell with steel-reinforced cast concrete, engineered to cope with the difficult ground conditions. We also installed extra dewatering sump pumps to manage the high groundwater levels, protecting the structure and ensuring maximum life expectancy with minimal risk of future issues.

The pool was then fully insulated to improve energy efficiency and finished with a sand-coloured liner, helping the design blend naturally into its rural surroundings.

The finished pool not only meets the highest technical standards but also looks completely at home in its countryside setting. Our client was delighted that we took the time to design a pool that was right for their property and their family — safe, efficient, and built to last.

They have continued to trust us with ongoing aftercare and maintenance, and it’s always rewarding to see the pool looking stunning year after year.
