New Pool
The team at Mermaid were excellent to work with from design and scoping through to implementation, working alongside our garden landscaping team, and now, 4 years on, with ongoing care of the pool. It has been transformative for our kids and is used for hours almost every day and looks as good as it did the day it was finished. Thanks guys we really appreciate what you have done.

Maintenance
The Mermaid team looked after our pool for many years. The Russell family run a very professional operation that is responsive, reliable and friendly. The regular service visits, adapted to the seasons, ensured that our pool was always in perfect condition. When equipment needed replacing, the recommended materials were of excellent quality and good value for money. If you are considering investing in a new pool or need help in managing your existing pool, I highly recommend Mermaid to do the job.

Refurbishment
Mermaid was fantastic from beginning to end on our recent pool project. The team was professional, knowledgeable and kept us updated every step of the way. They stayed on schedule, worked within our budget and were genuinely a joy to work with. The final result exceeded expectations and we absolutely love our pool. We would not hesitate to recommend Mermaid to anyone thinking about one .

New Pool
Would highly recommend Mermaid Pools - everything from initial discussions with the sales team to the site prep and pool build, then after sales service has been great. Always responsive in a timely manner if we need advice or a call out and all the team are professional, friendly and efficient. So glad we chose Mermaid to create our beautiful pool.

Small Works & Mainenance
We have had a very happy relationship with Mermaid Pools for a number of years and have always found them to be easy to deal with, professional, efficient and always on hand to deal with any problems. We would definitely recommend.

New Pool
We are absolutely delighted with our new swimming pool. Mermaid have made an excellent area for us to relax and unwind by and keep fit. From the very first visit, through the planning phase and onto the build and construction Mermaid were very reliable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they listened to our wishes. All the staff are reliable and friendly. We have Mermaid maintain our pool and they keep the pool and water quality to a high standard. If we have any minor problems or concerns they always come over to sort them out in a timely fashion. We have no regrets in having Mermaid construct and maintain our pool and I would strongly recommend them. 5 stars well deserved. Keep up the good work.
